With over 15 years of HR and global mobility leadership at UnitedHealth Group, Cargill, and General Mills, Dana L. Peterson founded Peterson HR & Global Advisory LLC to bring Fortune 500-caliber expertise to organizations of every size. A GMS-T Certified Global Mobility Specialist and former Co-Chair of the Twin Cities SHRM International Special Interest Group, Dana leads a boutique consulting firm specializing in Global Mobility, Immigration & Tax Strategy, Domestic Relocation Management, HR Compliance, and Workforce Governance.
Her expertise spans global mobility program strategy, immigration and tax compliance, domestic relocation management, cross-border workforce policy, HR process optimization, and cross-functional program leadership.

Outside of work, Dana volunteers with Safe Hands Animal Rescue, supporting event coordination efforts on behalf of animals in need.
